Part of my reason why I am really into fitness and into helping people get into the best shape of their life is because, I know for certain that I wasn't in my best physical shape, and if I can turn that around I know anyone else can.
So from time to time I will post "workouts of the day" to my blog and to my Instagram page. Today's workout is titled "LEGenday Legs." This exercise will help you build stronger claves, hamstrings, glutes, and quadriceps. I can't take all the credit for this workout, my "swole buddy" Chris is the mastermind behind it.
*Warm Up*
Light Cardio on treadmill, 5-10min
(For 10min straight)
10 Barbell Lunges (average weight)
5 Burpees
5 Pull ups.
*Workout*
1. Hack Squat Machine
1 set of 25
4 sets of 10-12
2. Hamstring Curl
4x10-12
1 Drop set (perform exercise and then drop (reduce) the weight and continue for more reps until you reach failure.)
3. Leg Extensions
4x10-12
1 drop set
4. Calf Raises
4x30
*ABS*
5 minutes of Abs
1minute Crunches. 1min Sit ups. 1min flutter kicks. 1min Rest 1min Bicycles.
